一年前的 8月8日，举世瞩目的第 29 届 奥运会 在北京拉开了序幕。开幕式上那雄壮的国歌，气势磅礴的击缶，绚丽多彩的画卷等 美轮美奂 的 演出将中华五千年博大精深的文化精髓，中华民族注重友谊爱好和平的精神， 以 及改革开放30 年来的丰硕 成果展现在世人面前。奥运会的胜利 举办 ，不仅圆了华夏儿女的百年梦想，更鼓舞了我们的士气， 令海内外的炎黄子孙扬眉吐气。
我们 依然记得 ，在那个激动人心的夜晚， 有多少 海外 华人， 华侨，留学生 热泪盈眶 。 是啊，在申奥，维护奥运尊严，乃至最后时刻的迎奥活动中有我 们的奉献， 我 们的呐喊和 我 们的汗水。 朋友 们 ， 一年前 在 Forley Square ，我们一同感受在烈日下五四和平集会上的心潮澎湃 ， 一同在彩虹下寄托了对灾区同胞深厚关切， 一同在暴雨里体验 了迎奥 运汇演中的酣畅淋漓 。 通过 大家 的 积极 参与， 我们的活动向外界传递了一个 重要信息，那就是 中华民族是 团结的，是 压不垮的，打不倒 的。 千千万万 的 有血有肉，有理想，有体魄 的炎黄子孙构成了中华民族的脊梁 ， 撑起了民族振 兴的伟业。
奥运已经过去，它已成为中国走向强盛 过程中 的一个重要里程碑；但奥运带给我们的凝聚力和民族自豪感却永存 心中 。 朋友们， 今年的8月8号 即将来临 ， 在奥运开幕一周年之时 让我们 再次聚首， 再一次 磨练我们的意志 ，锻炼 我们的体魄， 再一次 用我们的 行动和激情来 为 祖国 鼓劲 ： 中国加油！
本次活动由大纽约地区中国学生学者联谊总会，美国联合商会， 大纽约地区各高校 CSSA ， 各 大学 校 友会 ， 美国天津总商会, 美国金桥教育集团 及美中高尔夫球俱乐部 将于2009年8月7晚上，8，9三日于宾州Hickory Run州立公园（Hickory Run State Park，PA) 联合举办"同舟共济，并肩作战"射击，露营，漂流和高尔夫球活动(可以参加一天或两天) 。活动过程 将包括野营，钓鱼，湖边游泳，彩弹枪实战射击比赛，烧烤，野餐，高尔夫球比赛,扑克比赛，篝火晚会等精彩项目，请登录 http://www.cssany.org/Rafting_2009.htm 和 www.aucoc.us 查看活动详情以及注册信息。 本次活动是难得的消闲避暑，结识好友的机会，我们诚邀您和您的家人朋友共同参加。我们将组织CARPOOL 或专车接送。

彩弹射击包含 500个 彩弹 ，眼罩等基本装备，无需自带 ，不 包含迷彩服

不去 射击 的朋友，可以登山，打牌， 钓鱼，湖边游泳 , 聊天，交朋友。我们也组织打高尔夫球(根据报名人数)

我们将为大家准备 美味 可口的晚餐 ： 烧烤， 自助 餐，水果等 ，建议每家各带一个菜(够4人份)或烧烤一起享用 。我们将 考虑安排 通过大屏幕投影与大家一起回顾奥运会开闭幕式的精彩瞬间 ；同时我们将举行北京奥运会有奖知识问答，您将有机会得到精美的奖品。我们还为大家准备了篝火晚会所需的木柴，希望我们的 活动能为您带来 一温馨而浪漫的夜晚。

精彩刺激的 漂流 中可能溅 湿 衣服 ，请准备合适的衣服更换
不去漂流的朋友，可以去打高尔夫球，打牌和登山等活动。

餐饮 ：
除周六的野餐聚会外，食物 请自备 ； 射击和漂流活动体能消耗巨大，请带足 食物和水。

That's right! Paintball! Rafting! Camping! We got them all!
To celebrate the anniversary of 2008 Beijing Olympic, we are organizing a paintball, camping and rafting trip on August 8 and 9. On the first day you're going to enjoy the teamwork with friends and strangers, the award winning paintball fields, and the joy of victory (50% chance LOL). At the night you will have a chance to sit around the campfire, enjoy the delicious food while make the best wishes for your future. On the second day, we are going to experience a fun, thrilling, and pristine rafting trip. While paddling over 17 rapids you'll scream, laugh, swim, and have an excellent day.

INFORMATION NEEDED
Please kindly provide the following information by July 31 for us to facilitate
our activities. Information should be sent to cssanyinfo@gmail.com .
1. If you have registered, please make sure you've provided your cell phone
number for weekend contact. If you have a group, please provide at least one
person for us to contact with.
2. Carpool. Let's make this trip environmental friendly! Greener! Cheaper! Some
of our participants do not have a car to get to the activity site. If you have
additional space in your vehicle, please let us know your location so we can
coordinate carpool. For a 4-person family car, we suggest a shared fee of $20
to cover the gas and toll fee, paid to the driver. For people who needs a pick-up,
please let us know your location and cell phone number immediately if you
haven't do so.
3. Our campground is accessible from Friday night. If you do plan to camp on
Friday, please let us know your group size and arrival time to arrange meet-up.
4. Picnic. Please indicate your preference to attend our tentative Picnic event
in the campground on Saturday afternoon/night. The estimate expense is
$10/person.
5. Tent. If you are attending our camping activity, do you have space in your
tent to share with our other participants? From our last year's experience,
sharing a tent is a lot more fun than you would think.
