2013年由“新苗文化 畅想国际”携手中国合唱协会，全力打造的“海外青少年音乐春晚”。将在卡内基音乐厅拉开序幕，与全世界一同庆祝中国最盛大的传统节庆——春节，分享华夏儿女辞旧迎新的文艺盛宴。这一充满民族文化艺术特色的国际盛宴每年特邀请中国优秀青少年艺术团队，站上国际舞台向全世界展示中国优秀的青少年文艺节目，展示中国的青春与未来，借以传递【礼达四海 和享天下】的活动初衷，促进民族间的了解沟通，推动全世界的和平进步。活动得到中国驻纽约总领事馆、纽约华人华侨代表以及商界代表的大力支持，中国驻纽约总领事馆领事及各界名人应邀出席，西方主流媒体纷纷高调宣传，不但宣扬了中华民族文艺魅力，还爲参演者带来了无比的荣耀和极高的知名度，实现了活动通过艺术形式展示中国民族特色的文化艺术，加强国际间的文化交流，促进世界和谐和平发展的目标。
